At ExtraorDadnary™ and LegenDadry™, every item is made with purpose and care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we maintain a strict but fair policy to protect product quality and ensure consistency for all customers.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through ExtraorDadnary™ and LegenDadry™ are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Normal variations in print, embroidery, or garment color

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Apparel Exchange Policy

(T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts & Apparel Items Only)

We allow exchanges on eligible apparel items under the conditions below.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Exchange is limited to size or color changes of the same item only
  • One exchange per order only
  • Sale, clearance, limited-edition, or promotional items are not eligible

We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items showing:

  • Signs of wear
  • Washing or alterations
  • Odors, stains, or damage
  • Missing tags or packaging

If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Hat Policy

(All Hats & Caps — Including ExtraorDadnary™ and LegenDadry™ Hats)

Due to the nature of embroidered headwear and hygiene considerations, all hat sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on hats for:

  • Sizing or fit issues
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Normal embroidery variations

Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Clear photos of the issue may be required

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement will be issued.


Exchange Process

To start an exchange request, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Requested exchange details

Once approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Replacement items will be shipped after inspection and approval

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
